NOVEMBER IS SPORTS PERFORMANCE MONTH!
November is Sports Performance Awareness Month here at NJ Elite!
Our Sports Performance Classes encompass Speed/Agility, Strength/Conditioning and Hand/Eye Coordination. This program will make you or your athlete become overall faster and stronger physically and mentally!
Namon Johnson is our head trainer for our Sports Performance Program and packs a major punch as a Coach. With 10+ years of training and Coaching experience, there is no one better to run this type of program!
Sports Performance runs Monday-Thursday at 5:15pm and Saturday mornings at 10:00am.
