Group Fitness Classes
Our group classes are a series of interval, circuit, aerobic and anaerobic exercises that increases your metabolism during and after training for maximum fat burning results! Each class is also highly supervised to maintain proper form which will prevent injury.
Boot Camps [1 HOUR]
We put together the perfect mix of strength training, BALANCE WORK, cardio and core exercises to help your body lose fat, get toned, strong and build lean muscle to look and feel better than you ever have! you will not regret joining this class, you are going to have a new sense of accomplishment when you walk out the door!
Kettlebell & Barbell Classes [1 HOUR]
Learn from a Russian Kettlebell Certified Instructor on how to train safely and get stronger by enhancing foundational movements and balance. You will also learn to understand your bodily functionality to prevent injury and improve your daily life activities! kettlebells are amazing for back injuries, knee/ankle/shoulder problems and overall your entire body! come learn some new skills and have a great time falling in love with what kettlebells can do for you!
core & cardio express [45 OR 30 MINS, DEPENDING ON CLASS TIME CHOSEN]
this class is focused on high intensity workouts guaranteed to burn fat and calories while building a strong core all in under an hour! WE KNOW IT'S TOUGH TO GET YOUR CARDIO IN DURING THE DAY SO WE HAVE BROUGHT YOU THE PERFECT MIXTURE OF FAST PACED MOVEMENTS AND CHALLENGING EXERCISES TO KILL THAT Unwanted fat!
BOOTCAMP EXPRESS [30 MINS]
THIS CLASS PACKS A PUNCH IN A SHORT TIME! WE HAVE DESIGNED THE PERFECT LUNCH-TIME CLASS THAT IS A MIX OF STRENGTH TRAINING, CARDIO AND CORE EXERCISES AND BALANCE TRAINING. YOU WILL BURN FAT, LOSE WEIGHT, ELEVATE YOUR HEART RATE AND GET TONED ALL IN LESS THAN AN HOUR! YOU WILL LEAVE FEELING AMAZING AND BE ABLE TO GET BACK TO WORK FEELING ACCOMPLISHED.
AFTER WORK BURN [30 MINS]
WE KNOW IT'S TOUGH TO GET TO THE GYM AFTER SUCH A LONG DAY OF WORK AND EVERYTHING THAT NEEDS TO GET DONE AT HOME. WE DESIGNED THIS CLASS TO HELP WITH JUST THAT! THIS CLASS IS 30 MINUTES LONG BUT WILL MIMIC A FULL HOUR LONG BOOTCAMP CLASS. A VARIETY OF EQUIPMENT WILL BE USED TO HELP TONE, BURN FAT AND CALORIES, LOSE WEIGHT, RAISE YOUR HEART RATE AND HAVE A GREAT TIME! YOU WILL LEAVE BURNING FROM HEAD TO TOE!
Zumba [1 HOUR]
We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval style, calorie burning dance party. But this is not your typical Zumba class. We’ve added fresh new music and moves that are sure to fire-up everyone! In this class, you’ll discover why Zumba is often called exercise in disguise.
