Kettlebell & Barbell Classes
Learn from a Russian Kettlebell Certified Instructor on how to train safely and get stronger by enhancing foundational movements and balance. You will also learn to understand your bodily functionality to prevent injury and improve your daily life activities!
Spin & Strength
Spin and Strength is a dynamic, fast-paced interval workout, designed to be the perfect start to your day! This class is sure to rev up your metabolism, promote a healthy heart, and blast fat, while maintaining muscle mass as you alternate intense cardio intervals on the bike. On nice days, spin class will be hitting the pavement outside to get some real road experience.
This class is designed to introduce the fundamental skills, basic offensive and defensive footwork, proper form of punches, kicks, and knees, as well as loads of conditioning. You’ll learn great techniques as well as partner drills. This is the class where you don’t have to be a fighter to look like one!
We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high- intensity moves for an interval style, calorie burning dance party. But this is not your typical Zumba class. We’ve added fresh new music and moves that are sure to fire-up everyone! In this class, you’ll discover why Zumba is often called exercise in disguise.
