KID FIT YOUTH PROGRAM



This program is designed to teach your child how to properly use their bodies in a safe and healthy way!

During class times, your child will  work on their overall cardiovascular health, muscle strength and endurance, exercise safety, flexibility, mobility, self defense strategies, listening skills, cooperation and so much more!


Class Schedule: Tuesday/wednesday/thursday
Ages: 6-12 years old
Coach: Ashley Starr
Cost: $100 per month for UNLIMITED visits-- $25.00 off of each additional sibling

Class Breakdown:
-Your child will learn basic fitness concepts and how to use their bodies. This means your child will learn proper technique when running, jumping, turning, breathing, etc. They will gain a sense of how to truly move and care for their bodies. Coach Ashley will be playing fun interactive games while your child is not even realizing they are really exercising!

-Only 25% of American children are getting the recommended exercise each day.
-Children who get the recommended exercise each day are less likely to develop obesity issues as a child or adult. 
-Higher grades and test scores in school are likely when a child exercises.
-Frequent exercise decreases symptoms of depression and anxiety.
-There is a direct relation to more positive classroom behavior in children who exercise frequently.
